Hot Fudge Pudding Cake


I love this stuff!

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

1 c Flour
3/4 c Sugar
2 T Cocoa
2 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
1/2 c Milk
2 T Margarine (shortening)
1 c Chopped Nuts (optional)

Separately Mix:
1 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Cocoa


1-3/4 c Hot Water


Ungreased 9x9 pan
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
Mix Flour, Sugar, Cocoa (1st amount), Baking Powder, Salt.
Mix
Add Milk, and melted Margarine. Mix
Spread into bottom of pan
Next, mix up Brown Sugar and 2nd amount of Cocoa
Spread over batter in pan.
Heat up your Water in the microwave or on the stove and pour over the top of batter and put in oven.
Pull out your Ice Cream in preparation. I recommend this flavor or anything caramely and nutty. :-)
Pull it out of the oven around 30-40 minutes later depending on how puddingly you want it.

Oh yum.


Yum! Yum! Put Ice Cream or Whipped Cream on top and enjoy!
