Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus was on sale when I went to the store so I thought I'd cook some up.

Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus
Olive Oil
Salt (kosher is best)
Pepper
Minced Garlic
Cut off the ends of the Asparagus
Wash and blot off water
Spread out on a pan
Drizzle Olive Oil over the top and Minced Garlic
Sprinkle on some Salt and Pepper and then bake at 400-425 for about 25 minutes.
Like this, or however cooked or not cooked you like it.
