Garlic & Onion Powder (optional)
The skin looked interesting so I peeled off some of the interesting parts.
I sliced them so they would cook faster
Add your spices
Pour a little bit of Olive Oil, enough to toss the beets and cover.
Spread out on a sheet and I sprinkled a little bit more Salt on here.
Bake at 375 for about 20-30 minutes depending on how soft you want them.
