Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
-1 lb of Turkey Sausage
I start out by browning the sausage, the turkey sausage has enough fat that after the meat is done cooking I stir some flour (depending on how thick you want the gravy) in with the meat until the fat soaks up the flour. Flavor the meat with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour in some milk and let it boil until the gravy is thickened.
(I transfered to a different pan, but you don't have to) This time I cheated and made my biscuits out of a can. :-) Baby steps, baby steps.
