4-Layer Delight

I grew up eating this dessert. It's awesome!

4-Layer Delight

Crust:
1 c. Flour
1/2 c Margarine
1 c. Chopped Nuts ( I usually use Walnuts or Pecans, or both!)

2nd Layer:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

3rd Layer:
2 Pkgs Instant Pudding (Whatever flavor you want, today I made Chocolate, but often make Pistachio, Butterscotch, or Lemon)
3 c. Milk

4th Layer:
Cool Whip :-)

Mix the Margarine and Flour
Add the chopped nuts, mix until the flour is mixed with the margarine and not "dusty" anymore.
Pat down in 9x13 pan and Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and let cool

Whip Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar together and then mix in the Cool Whip and set aside. Mix up the 2 packages of pudding with the 3 cups of Milk. (Don't mix up the pudding until you are ready to spread on cream cheese layer, meaning the crust needs to be cooled)

After the crust has cooled, spread on the cream cheese mixture.

Next add the pudding layer.

Last, but not least, top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

Oh Yum!

It doesn't have to refrigerate for any set amount of time, so dig in once the pudding has fully set.
